A most recent arena proposal includes a partnership with Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. - a gambling company intending to install slot machines. The project cost is estimated at $290 million. The arena is part of a proposed $1 billion development financed by Nationwide Realty. If an arena is not built, rumors suggest that the team will move to Kansas City, Houston, Las Vegas, San Antonio, Quebec City, or Winnipeg.
